MARCHING THROUGH 2024 WITH NEW MUSIC
Welcome to another edition and monthly installment of the EYP New Music playlist for the month of March 2024. Like always, we create these playlists to give the bands and artists another outlet to have their music featured for you the music listener and it gives you, the music listener, an opportunity to discover new music by bands and artists you are not that familiar with, but hopefully with our help, you will be familiar with these musicians if you just give them a listen and chance for their music to be heard. That is how we continue to do these playlists month after month, by giving these band’s and artist’s music a listen and discovering music that we enjoy and also music that we had no idea we would enjoy. I guess you can say we are our own guinea pigs and testing out the music before we unveil it on these playlists for your listening pleasure. Enough with the rambling and scroll down below to check out this month’s music selections by the following featured bands and artists.
“We hope you not only enjoy the music we selected for this playlist but that you enjoy our new format in which we are presenting these songs to you as you scroll below. If you have any questions or if you would like to submit music to be on a future EYP playlist, message us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (X) @eyplaylist or email us at expandyourplaylist@yahoo.com.“
Thank you!

THE BEACHES TAKE OVER
In 2023, we got introduced to The Beaches and their song “Blame Brett”, which took over our summer and then the year with the release of their album “Blame My Ex”. Since then, we have listened to that album front to back and have just about featured every song off that album. So now, we look forward and go back to the rest of their catalog to listen to more of their music that had passed our radar, and with our delight, they have a lot of great songs that they have released since their first EP in 2014. Today, we go back into their discography and feature a single they released in 2022. This is “Grow Up Tomorrow”.
