What do you get when you have “No Paper” and “No Scissors”? You are left with the “Rock”, but in this case, the Rock Music. As one of the original playlist series, the NPNS Rock Playlist! has been featuring new and independent rock sound since 2015.

Back in 2015, along with the other genre playlists, we created a playlist with a silly name, dedicated seriously to music from the various categories under the Rock Music umbrella, such as Alternative, Grunge, Punk, Indie Rock, Garage Rock, Metal, Hardcore, Post core, and so much more! Since then, we have continued on with our mission statement, which has been to present to you with new music and feature musicians in the rock music genres that you may have not heard of much or at all.

We decided to commemorate this milestone with a special playlist consisting of 100 songs that represent the diversity and evolution of the rock music that has been featured in 10 years of Expand Your Playlist.
