STILL RUNNING WITH NO PAPER AND NO SCISSORS.
Curated by Ed Gomez
Since the start of the Expand Your Playlist musical discovery journey in 2015, the “No Paper. No Scissors” (NPNS Rock Playlist!) music series has been a staple, showcasing hidden or undiscovered gems within the wide spectrum of Rock music genres.
From Rock & Roll to Metal, Garage Rock, Alternative Rock, Punk, Grunge, and all the indie vibes in between, we’ve aimed to include a diverse range of rock music for you to explore and expand your rock music playlist.
In this edition of the “NPNS Rock Playlist!”, we revisited the archives of past playlists and podcast episodes, renumbering the playlists and episodes to keep everything up to date for future releases. Today’s playlist marks the 10th episode of Volume 3 and the 35th overall in the NPNS catalog. Including in this 35th and final edition of Volume 3, we included EYP staples artists such as Karen Dió, Calva Louise, BABYMETAL, and The Luka State. This playlist also features up and coming bands and artists such as People R Ugly, Madison Violett, and F3INT as well as new comers to the platform such as As December Falls, Mines, Winona Fighter, and Maple’s Pet Dinosaur... and so many more to discover.
Why the name “No Paper. No Scissors”? The explanation is here. It’s not all that clever.

We hope you not only enjoy the music we selected for this playlist but that you enjoy our new format in which we are presenting these songs to you as you scroll below.
