NEW SOUNDS, FAMILIAR VIBES.
The 20-year-old indie rock artist from Manchester, England, makes her EYP debut with her song “24 Hours”, which gives classic 90’s / 2000’s British Alternative rock vibes. It’s a new sound with a familiar feel. Her debut EP “You Can’t Put a Price on Fun” comes out on May 23rd, 2024.

TOO HOT TO HANDLE …
We came across this collaboration between musician ViRG and the band Pleasure Business as they released a submission video on Instagram and YouTube for the song “Deja Vu” as a submission to NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert Series contest. No word yet if they won the contest or appeared on the show just yet. Best of luck to them.

LIVING IN A HAZE
Milky Chance is not a new band, but these friends and musicians from Berlin, Germany released this song, “Living In A Haze”, back in 2023 off the full-length album of the same name. In 2024, they re-released this track, this time featuring one of our favorite new bands, The Beaches, featuring the voice of their lead singer, Jordan Miller.

A LITTLE LATE TO THE OVERCOATS PARTY
Overcoats have been making music since 2017. We feel like we have been a little late to the party with this Indie Pop duo. Recently we came across their cover of Radiohead’s “No Surprises”, which they released back in 2020. Their latest release is their full-length album “Winner” released in 2023. It is out now.

MAX BÄCK: UTÖKAR VÅR SPELLISTA
Since last year, we’ve had music submitted by Swedish musician Max Bäck. We even featured his song “Här Och Nu” last year. This year he submitted another amazing song. I even messaged him recently that I didn’t understand a word lyrically, but listening to music, the tempo, and the melodies, you understand the meaning of the song and the mood it is projecting. This is latest release, “Ensam Men Inte Särskilt Stark”, which translated from Swedish means “Alone But Not Very Strong”.

THE COOLEST THING IN THE WORLD
Karen Dió returns to the punk rock music scene as a solo artist. Previously, she was the lead singer and founding member of the Brazilian rock band, Violet Soda. She now resides in the UK and is making her name known as a solo artist with her first single and release with the new punk rock anthem “Sick Ride”. This is her second single “So Funny”.
